As we head into Thanksgiving, our thoughts naturally turn to gratitude. It’s a season where we reflect on the blessings in our lives, and I want to share some thoughts on why gratitude is not just a holiday sentiment but a powerful force for growth, happiness, and resilience.

Fear was a constant companion in those early days—fear of failure, fear of rejection, fear of the unknown. Yet, alongside it was a fire fueled by motivation and enthusiasm. Those emotions drove me to seek guidance from those who had already walked the path.

While the abundance of technology can be overwhelming—and at times even paralyzing—it’s also a great opportunity to streamline your workflow and get more done efficiently.

A business cannot survive if no one knows about it. That’s why every company, no matter the size, must start by answering these four critical questions:

This group is made up of the 33.2 million business owners and the 13.4 million salespeople who shape the nation’s economy. What sets them apart is that their livelihoods depend not on guaranteed income but on results. Among salespeople, around 50%—about 6.7 million individuals—are compensated based on commission, which means their income is tied directly to their performance, adding to the pressures they face.
