Welcome back to The Weekly Crazy, where we help make sense of this wild world of advertising and marketing.

Let me ask you a question: Are you using AI?

Do you feel like AI is over your head?
Do you wonder if AI could be part of your daily business?
Do you think you need to understand AI at an intricate level before you can use it?

The reality is, AI isn’t “coming”—it’s here. It’s not just being developed; it’s being revised, updated, upgraded, and most importantly—used.

AI isn’t some futuristic tool only available to tech giants. It’s accessible, practical, and can help you become a better business owner, manager, leader, or salesperson.

AI for Better Communication

Communication is one of the most critical aspects of business. Over the years, I’ve learned that my passionate personality can sometimes come across too strong in emails or texts. Instead of my audience focusing on the message, they might get caught up in the tone.

I used to rely on colleagues, friends, or especially my wife to proofread and tweak my wording. Now, I use AI.

Here’s how:

  • I write my email or message.

  • I copy and paste it into an AI tool (I use ChatGPT).

  • I prompt it: “This is an email I’m sending. Here’s the situation. Please revise the tone to make it more appropriate for this relationship.”

  • AI refines my message so that my intent is clear without unintended distractions.

It’s not about AI writing for you—it’s about AI helping you communicate better.

AI for Strategy & Execution

AI isn’t just a writing assistant; it can be a collaborator for brainstorming and execution.

  • If you’re working on a training program, AI can help revise and enhance your content.

  • If you need to communicate an issue, AI can assist in structuring your message effectively.

  • If you have an idea, but aren’t sure how to implement it, AI can help you develop a structured, step-by-step process.

We all know that an idea doesn’t become reality just by writing it down. You have to develop, explain, and implement it. AI can help take that raw idea off the shelf and turn it into an actionable plan.

AI = Time Saved, Productivity Gained

At the end of the day, AI’s greatest advantage is saving you time. It won’t replace creativity, leadership, or relationships, but it will help you be more productive, efficient, and effective.

If you want to explore how AI could fit into your business, let’s have a conversation. I’d be happy to help.

Until next time—Expect to Win! #xp2win
